Discomfort in the female body is often a message — but understanding what it’s asking for can feel overwhelming without the right support. At The Restorative Path, our care is designed around the realities of women’s lives: hormonal rhythms, menstrual cycles, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the changing needs of the nervous system over time.
Through integrative bodywork and movement, we help you ease pain, restore function, and feel at home in your body again — whether you are preparing for birth, healing after it, navigating pelvic floor concerns, or simply seeking steadiness in a demanding season of life. More than symptom relief, we offer a space to slow down, regulate, and rebuild resilience.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Classically trained in the techniques of Swedish and Shiatsu massage, we have created our own style of bodywork that unites both of these modalities. Starting with a detailed intake surrounding health and lifestyle, therapy will progress to work with the meridians, flowing energetic strokes and a focus on the client’s breath, creating a comprehensive healing experience. We curate our sessions to meet you where you are on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Building trust and connection is key, and we the time to build relationships with our clients with this in mind.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Pregnancy is an empowering and exciting time, but it’s also exhausting. Therapeutic touch can be renewing and relaxing. Maintaining the health of your uterus and the ligaments that support it is crucial to a healthy pregnancy. Prenatal massage is a great way to prevent common pregnancy issues like incontinence, prolapse, and the development of scar tissue. It also improves circulation, reduces nervous tension and helps relieve anxiety around birth and postpartum.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Sarah specializes in a restorative style of yoga, which offers a therapeutic and grounding experience for the client. Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretches with the aid of props. The client’s parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated when they relax into poses, which promote a relaxation response and reduces stress in the body. The client is encouraged to rest and reset during this soothing practice.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping massage is an adaptation of an ancient technique to create suction on the surface of the body. The suction produced by cupping reaches deep into the tissues, attachments and organs to help pull toxins and inflammation from the body to the surface of the skin, where the lymphatic system can more readily eliminate them. Cupping is effective at dispelling stagnation (stagnant blood and lymph), thereby improving Qi flow throughout the body.
