RESTORATIVE BODYWORK

A personalized therapeutic massage designed around the realities of women’s bodies — cycles, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the demands of daily life. Through slow, intentional touch and gentle repositioning, we help unwind tension patterns and restore a deeper sense of support within the body. The focus is lasting comfort, easier movement, and a calmer nervous system — not just temporary relief.

PRENATAL SUPPORT BODYWORK

A nurturing therapeutic massage designed to support your body through pregnancy’s physical and hormonal changes. Using safe positioning and calming, supportive techniques, we ease common discomforts like back, hip, and rib tension while encouraging relaxation and circulation. Sessions help you feel more comfortable, rested, and supported as your body adapts and prepares for birth.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

A slow, supportive yoga practice designed to help the body shift out of tension and back into regulation. Using props, gentle positioning, breath, guided awareness, and integrated healing touch, the body is given time to release protective holding patterns rather than stretch forcefully.

This practice works directly with the nervous system — encouraging the body to downshift into a restorative state where healing, recovery, and recalibration can occur. Rather than striving or pushing, students are invited to settle, soften, and rebuild a sense of internal support.

The intention is not flexibility, but relief — a space to reset, regulate, and feel grounded again.

WOMB SUPPORT THERAPY

This abdominal bodywork focuses on supporting the organs and connective tissues of the lower abdomen to encourage healthy circulation, mobility, and nervous system balance. Gentle, specific techniques help reduce holding patterns that can contribute to pelvic discomfort, cycle irregularity, and hormonal stress. By improving blood flow and communication between the abdomen, pelvis, and nervous system, sessions are designed to support menstrual comfort, cycle stability, and fertility preparation. Many clients also notice improved digestion, reduced bloating, and a greater sense of

connection to their core.
